Head downstairs to enjoy a game, chat with friends and family, or to serve up a cocktail (or mocktail for the kids!). Everyone will love downstairs living space complete w/ wet bar, TV, and comfy seating. Off the downstairs bonus room are two of the three bedrooms and access to the backyard.
The master hosts a queen bed, TV & huge ensuite bathroom. Luxuriate in the walk-in shower & enjoy ample space at the granite vanity w/ two sinks. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, TV & shares a full bathroom w/ bedroom 3. Bedroom 3 has a double-over-double bunk w/ an extra trundle bed perfect for the kids. If you still need a little extra sleeping space there's a sofa sleeper in the upstairs living room.
Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval, additional fee required. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded.

Maximum 120 day rental. Occupant must agree to rental terms and sign Lease agreement. Occupant must provide valid credit card, ID, and agree to credit check. Occupants must abide by rules for vacation rentals as outlined in Lease agreement. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside or on the property. Owner pays utilities, water, and garbage service. Fees will include housekeeping every 30 days. Rent, cleaning and fees are not taxed. For cancellations more than 60 days prior to check in, rent and security deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations within 60 days of check in, security deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded. Rent will be forfeited. If the occupant chooses to bring a pet, a daily pet fee is added to rent. A $1000 security deposit is required for every 30 day increment. Renter's insurance is recommended.
