For 30+ day stays, you can cancel your reservation up to 60 days prior to your arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellations or modifications made within 60 days of your arrival will not be refunded. Occupants must abide by rules for vacation rentals as outlined in Lease agreement. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside or on the property. Owner pays utilities, water, and garbage service. Fees will include housekeeping every 30 days. Rent, cleaning and fees are not taxed. For cancellations more than 60 days prior to check in, rent and security deposit will be refunded in full. For cancellations within 60 days of check in, security deposit and cleaning fees will be refunded. Rent will be forfeited. If the occupant chooses to bring a pet, a daily pet fee is added to rent. A $1000 security deposit is required for every 30 day increment. Renter's insurance is recommended.
