You have work-stations set up in rooms with high speed internet for those of us who want it all. We are 2h from the GW Bridge. It's a wonderful house for friends and family to gather to enjoy skiing, tubing, hiking to see beautiful foliage. 9 mins from the town of Phoenicia, that boasts great eats, antiques and the theatre and many fun activities! The space: Our home is an 1850s farmhouse situated in the heart of the Catskills. We want our guests to feel transported in time to the hey-day of the catskills from yesteryears. We have tried to keep the vibe of the place intact while updating with modern amenities and appliances and clean spaces. The house is a great space for 2-3 families to share comfortably. There is a master suite with an en-suite bathroom and two desks. one overlooking the pool and the other is a walking lifespan desk overlooking the mountains. On the other end of the hallway is a really large room that has two queen beds and a work station as well. There are two other bedrooms on this floor as well. One has two twin beds with a desk and the other is smaller and has a full bed. There's another bathroom on this floor as well. Downstairs you have a living room with fire place, a huge dining room for large family meals, a den to cozy up in front of the TV. the kitchen with an eat in table and another half bathroom. All the bedrooms are air conditioned with fans in other living spaces. The house is one where you can work out of with really fast interest and multiple work stations. Phoenicia is less than 10 mins away. There's lots of restaurants and sights nearby as well. The house is on RT 42, but set back from the road and as such is really private.
