Building D is the best building in colony cove for views and breezes. The building sits facing North, with the Caribbean just feet away and a wonderful 180 degree view including green cay and buck island. Terrific sandy beach and pool area to socialize or just chill. Building D was hit hard by hurricane Maria and is in the process of being rebuilt. As long as you can wait a little while this is a great deal as the unit will be brand new when all said and done. The $25,000 from CC for interior appliances, counter tops and kitchen cabinets will be transferred to new owner.
