Then there is an additional room, maybe a walk-in closet and/or an office (see photos). This is also where you will also find the washing machine. The dryer is in a living room closet, but both have been provided for you. The bathroom has a full-sized tub. There is plenty of off Street parking too. The neighborhood is very nice too! The rent is $1,500 and this INCLUDES the heat and hot water. WOW! Tenants pay their own electricity, wifi and cable (if desired).
