The bathroom has a full-sized tub and the washer and dryer have been provided for you! There is plenty of off Street parking. The neighborhood is very nice too! One cat may be negotiable for a $250 non-refundable pet deposit (will be used to have unit professionally clean after tenant vacates to remove all pet dander, etc). The rent is $1,300 and this INCLUDES the heat and hot water. Tenants pay their own electricity, wifi and cable (if desired). What we require for application approval: Serious inquiries only please!
