You will be entitled to our deposit once the lease is signed over, must qualify based on background check, credit score, and proof of income totaling 3x the rent of $1085. We got in before the Braves stadium was finished being built so our pricing is much lower than what a new tenant would pay. The only reason we are looking to leave is because we are expecting a baby soon and would like to settle into a home. The location is perfect, 5 minutes from I-75, grocery stores, Cumberland Mall, and plenty of other entertainment. Please contact us if you would like to come by and tour the place! Trash pick-up Sunday-Thursday. Tenant responsible for gas, water, and electric. Average $200-$250 at most for all utilities depending on usage.
