Cleaning Fee: A non-refundable cleaning fee of $350 is due from all tenants regardless of lease length. Utilities: Tenant is responsible for the APS electric bill if renting longer than 30 days. If usage exceeds $100 in a billing cycle, the tenant must cover the full amount of the bill and will be invoiced by the Property Manager.
