NOT HABITABLE IN ANY WAY. ZILLOW PHOTOS ARE SAME FRAUDULENT PHOTOS PRESENTED ON FURNISHED FINDER BY MR TOM COWLEY, REAL ESTATE AGENT IN LOUSIVILLE KENTUCKY AREA. THE LANDLORD IS HIS BROTHER AND SISTER IN LAW MR WILL COWLEY II AND MRS MARY COWLEY The first few photos are of the actual sick not habitable loft/bedroom. I arrived from out of state and learned when I walked up steps to the bedroom of the roof collapse and cover up. Bed over very large water damages. I smelled the bacteria and mold immediately I have not had a bedroom since arrived. Toxic air/attempted to tarp off. The Cowley's installed a/c in loft - bedroom to lure to rent me. Sent messages on furnished finder - good news a/c will be installed in loft still interested? See Photos The Cowley's installed a ten-year-old Frigidaire infested with mold. Place facing the bed blowing mold flakes and dangerous mycotoxins. The manufacturer reviewed photos confirmed toxic and cannot be cleaned instead dispose of immediately. Corrupt Louisville Code Enforcement Inspector listed it should be cleaned. Mr. Steve Merz. August 26, 2025 To date 56 Louisville Code Enforcement Violations issued. Do not be fooled. This is a corrupt swamp infested group lead by the Mayor Craig Greenberg. The so called "Code" inspection does not include Health, Fire, Structural, Electric, Plumbing, Asbestos or EPA. The Property has the following toxic non habitability issues and more: structural beams in living room rotting out to outside main wall. Main structural wall collapsing ( rotten wood, wasp nests, hornet nests, rodents and rotting plaster board - no barrier to elements) Missing window - ignore POSTED photos when I arrived the stained glass was gone, and they had "rigged " a cheap air conditioner to the inside wall - to HIDE rotting collapsing wall with no window box. It had huge gaps to outside and finally fell out. No idea how they would have ever removed in the winter. I carried it in and now have no window. Officer Mr. Don Gentry who refused to provide identification twice and never advises he was an "OFFICER" On September 5, 2025 at approximately 12:oo A\PM Officer Gentry came to the house and advised Code Enforcement does not review the collapsing rotten wall, wasp nests, rodent in wall, roof collapse leading to loft needing remediation, fire hazard windows broken and storm window falling, faulty electrical or other. He also said good luck getting anyone here to inspect the house AND SMILED. RECORDED They also do not review the illegal electrical corroded wire, broken junction boxes, HVAC on roof open wires leaking water into kitchen growing mold and algae. Nor do they review the open holes in the roof and chimney into the collapsing wall, loft closest etc. - DEAD animals in loft closet had to remove myself - large feces on roof - animals living, rotting wood - roof flashing still not correct and more Remediation required and No one can live in the unit while this occurs. Electrical hazards are many and not one ground No exhaust fan in bathroom - just mold everywhere No electric in bathroom hallway or kitchen all blown - circuit board overloaded - Hvac for unit 3 AND 4 on shared roof mold algae and leaks through to kitchen - mold and water in walls bubble out - Rodents in all floor vents ( cardboard to keep then in floor - many holes all over and around house) Foundation many holes - chimney top not covered more animals come in and it is caving in - rotting wood in all windows - painted over mold in bathroom - flakes off - toxic to breathe - sink also painted - toilet not attached to floor and does not flush - must use a bucket and take outside - no light in bathroom - Fire hazard not one working smoke detector - open corroded wire - this house is sick and is making those inside sick -beware Not even flushing toilet. A call to Metro 311 Louisville code enforcement made and recorded on August 25, 2025 said they would help and could confirm lack of habitability. CORRUPT As stated above Officer Gentry stated they do not review any of those items - September 5, 2025. They were just stringing me along to provide slum lord time and I in good faith asked for their assistance. CORRUPTION AND FRAUD JEFFERSON COUNTY LOUISVILLE KENTUCKY - Please beware I was scammed - had cardiac arrest on August 15, 2025 -still just being bullied - toxic non habitable see photos attached - I am seeking emergency housing due in accordance with the county, state and federal law. HAVE TO TARP OFF ENTIRE LOFT - BEDROOM - NO BED OR BEDROOM SINCE ARRIVED It is my hope to prevent others from being scammed and made sick by Mr. Tom Cowley who listed this unit on Furnished Finder and property owners Mr. Will Cowley II and his wife Mary Cowley. The Cowley's own many properties. and others. They too list other properties. BEWARE - They may use the business name: Cowley Realty, or Urban Realty and have numerous mobile numbers and addresses. All platforms have been sent documentation and request to remove to ensure public safety and no additional interstate or other FRAUD.
