The home includes a large eat-in kitchen, a separate dining room with seating for 6 8, and a cozy living area, 3 bedrooms and a large porch. House is fully furnished. Sorry no pets. Rent includes all utilities water, electricity, and Wi-Fi so you can move in and feel at home right away. Each unit comes with one reserved parking space, and all are strictly non-smoking and pet-free to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for every guest. A security deposit equal to half a month's rent is required at signing, along with the first month's rent. We reserve the right to inspect the property at any time with proper notice to tenants. Maximum 6 month lease.
