Long time residents, some have lived on this block for over 50 years, like the wide street that used to have a trolley track. The homes on the south side of the 200 block are from the 1920's, the north side mostly from the 50's. Gladstone is a mix of homes, most of the double lots have been built out with homes from the 60's, 70's, 80's, and 90's with a few new homes built in the last few years.
