"My husband and I bought this house in 2002 and loved it from the first visit. The large stone fireplace drew us in and then we saw the beautiful beamed ceiling, wall of windows and the huge built in bookcase. It was a WOW moment! My husband was a contractor, so he knew a well-built house when he saw one. The oak throughout is beautiful and the house is solid as a rock. It was SO quiet. Even though the lot is smaller than we had before, the way the house is situated is very private. As a cook and baker, I found the layout of the kitchen very efficient for getting food ready. Another feature of the house I particularly liked was the convenience of the laundry room right off of the master bedroom. My husband LOVED that he was able to convert the lower level from a four-car garage into his own "Man Cave". And this house has a TON of storage - it's everywhere! Last, but certainly not least, Teneriffe is a great neighborhood! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did."
