large spacious living space in a quite sleepy little town of Huntington Oregon where deer walk thru your yard it is a very laid back space. has a home office/den space.you have a screened in porch and off street parking. laundry use is available on site for extra fee. Owner pays water/sewer, power, and gas. there is a laundry on site that has a fee of $20 a person a month fee you can choose to come to town or pay for the onsite, there is no smoking of any kind in the buildings, no pets, you have off street parking. it is a fairly quite neighborhood, there is not a lot of services in Huntington so it is best you are able to drive to get to groceries, doctors, and so forth. there is a criminal and credit report done that has a $25 fee per adult
