The home is also a 5 minute drive to Denver Premium Outlets--the best outlet mall in Colorado. It's also a 5 minute drive to King Soopers and Walmart, and about 10 minutes to Costco. Last month's rent due at signing. Rent is due on the first of the month. There is no smoking on the premises. Renter pays for all utilities as well as internet. Lease duration is 9 - 12 months. Sub-leasing is not allowed without prior approval. Landlord will prove 72 hour notice before entering premises.
