The upper porch features an outdoor lounge set and solar lighting for any relaxing evenings. The house also features a 75 inch smart TV in the living area and fully stocked kitchen for any meal prep and cooking needs. The house is situated in the newest development of Millennia, the urban hubs of east chula vista. You can easily bike or walk to 6 community parks, shops, restaurants. Otay Ranch Town Center is also within walking distance. Rapid transit connect you to San Diego downtown or border within 30 minutes. There is also community pool with lounge and barbecue within short walking distance. Millennia is also within the award winning school district. Wolf canyon elementary, Eastlake middle and olympian high are assigned school. The community also has charter and private schools like high tech high and Meter del Catholic high school.
