Renter's insurance is required prior to receiving keys. - World Property Management LLC must be listed as "Additional Insured" not additional interest. - If approved, Proof of WE Energies installed in your name will be required prior to receiving keys. - A person whose application is denied may not reapply for 90 days - 3 to 4 business days to process applications. Security Deposit will range from 1 to 3 times the rent, based on reports received. World Property Management does not advertise on social media.
