The open floor plan is designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a bright and airy living space with a plush leather recliner sectional sofa, rocking/recliner chair, and a 55" Roku Smart TV with streaming apps for your enjoyment. The dining area overlooks the expansive covered porch and comfortably seats six, with additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The fully stocked kitchen boasts an array of cookware, bakeware, and appliances including a mixer, blender, food processor, toaster, and kettle, making meal preparation a breeze. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished for your comfort, with Roku-enabled flat-screen TVs, plush bedding, and ample storage space. The master bedroom features a luxurious King bed with gel-infused memory foam mattress, a private en suite bathroom, and access to a covered rear deck for added relaxation. The Bed Set Up: Bedroom 1- King Bed Bedroom 2- Queen Bed Bedroom 3- Two Twin Beds -Owner pays for water, trash & recycle. Tenant pays for any trash or recycle code enforcement fees from handling trash/recycle incorrectly per city. -Tenant pays for electricity (Duke Energy), cable & internet (Spectrum). -Only 1 dog allowed-Under 30lbs. No Cats. Non-refundable $350 pet fee due at signing. -1st month, last month rent and security deposit due at signing. -All tenants (including children & ages) and any pet must be listed on lease. -Any pet must be current on vaccines and flea medication. -No smoking in house or porch areas. -Owner will supply wood for the fire pit. -Tenant supplies own LP for gas grill, charcoal for the charcoal grill. -Owner will handle all yard work.
