This house will be for rent soon. It is located in downtown Royse City, and is walking distance from Main Street and all of the little shops and restaurants there. Some people have used it as a two bedroom but I only advertise it as a one bedroom, because you have to go through one bedroom to get to the bathroom. It is in a very safe neighborhood with good quiet neighbors. It is all electric, so the only bills would be electricity and water. Sewer and trash collection is included in the water bill.
