This apt is for one person. It is on the property with us, another couple, two dogs and chickens. The laundry is shared with two adults who do two to three loads a week. We live in a very sweet neighborhood where everyone walks their dogs. You can walk to harbor or arana gulch, midtown music, restaurants, many grocery stores. Downtown Santa Cruz is 1.5 miles away. The others on the property are quiet, 30s and 50s and very active. The dogs are very sweet and want to meet you. We pick a lot of local fruit and like to share with tenants. We also share extra eggs from our chickens. We are very water and electricity conscious. We use water catchment for watering our garden and the washer water goes to the plants. We also have solar panels. As your next door neighbors, you might see us biking away to sports but we usually don't see eachother. We are friendly yet you might not see us for several weeks because we are very busy. We share the laundry with you and the rest of your space is your own. What is your desired move in date? Year lease beginning August 10th. No smoking of any substance on the property. We only rent to non tobacco using tenants. Parking on the street is free in front of the house. We will rent to someone with zero to one car. We already have two dogs so we cannot have other pets on the property. There is another house on the property. Your responsibility is to keep your area clean and dry. You do not have to do other maintenance.
