Spacious one bedroom one bath right next to downtown Libertyville. As you enter this apartment there is a coat closet. After this is a spacious living room kitchen combination. Unfortunately the kitchen does not have a dishwasher, but there is plenty of cabinet space. Past this is the bathroom and large bedroom. The bedroom has a huge walk in closet with multiple levels for hanging clothes and a ton of shelving space. Owner pays for heat, sewer, water, and trash. Tenant would pay for electricity (Cooling, Appliances). Unfortunately we do not accept section 8 or Lake County housing vouchers.
