I have one bedroom with large-closet in my house that I am looking to rent out. You would have access to a broad living area, full kitchen, large backyard, and washer and dryer on-site. The bathroom would be shared with two other roommates who are neat and quiet. The house is one story. Rent would be $700/ABP plus 1/4th of utilities. I am a non-smoker and would need no smoking to occur within the house. I am not a neat freak but want basic cleanliness. There are already two cats and a dog in the house, so other pets are not really possible at this time. I am looking for longer-term roommates but short leases may be possible. There is a $200 deposit. Potential renters need to provide proof of income and be willing to pass a background check. No smoking allowed inside. Tenants must keep their area clean and clean up after themselves in the kitchen.
