There is a pet deposit of $1,000.00 and monthly pet surcharge of $60.00. Certified Service Animals and an Emotional Support Animal with appropriate evidence of the need for such an animal from a licensed Medical Doctor are exempt from the surcharge and pet deposit. BEFORE arranging a Tour Landlord will ask the Prospective Tenant to respond via email to a few questions. If Tenant pays the rent by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to be deposited into the Landlord's bank account on the date due, usually the 1st of the month, Landlord will give the tenant a $100/mo discount on the rent.
