The kitchen boasts new soft-close cabinets with live edge countertops, built in hidden dishwasher, and 36 inch copper sink. Laminate hardwood flooring that was recently installed leads from the kitchen into the hallway, where you will find a washer and dryer hookup if desired! The upgraded bathroom has a new stone shower, shiplap, flooring, and a custom vanity with a River Rock stone sink. Both bedrooms have extra large closets and brand new carpet, with a full-size log bunk bed which easily sleeps 4 guests, and a log queen bed in the Primary! Hang out in the backyard in the fire-pit area under the stars and glistening string lights, or have a picnic and enjoy being barefoot in the great outdoors on the brand new turf. Driveway easily parks 2 cars. Entire roof was replaced in February 2024!! Renter is responsible for paying all utilities and putting in their name. There is no smoking allowed inside the house at any time. Pets may not use the turf for the bathroom.
