Homeowner is 39 and the other current tenant is a young professional as well. Male tenant is preferred for non Master Bedrooms, but a female that does not mind sharing a bathroom with other males would work. Currently there is one female in the house, and she rents the Master Bedroom. Home has Direct TV cable with HBO and has high speed, wireless fiber internet. All appliances are included and shared (washer, dryer, dish washer, gas stove/oven). Home is fully furnished except for the room to be rented. There is no room for additional furniture or personal items for outside of the bedroom, so please have a storage option if needed. References of past rentals will be needed for owner to speak with.
