    Outstanding location! This beautiful 1928 Historic home sits conveniently in downtown Dunnellon. This home is in wonderful condition inside. A/C was updated several years ago but it is a central a/c heat pump system. As you come up to the home you are greeted with a screened in front porch. The entry has a beautiful historic feel. The home does have some needed updating that needs to be disclosed due to insurance: Cloth Wiring on interior walls, Cast Iron plumbing underneath the home, A/C works great but is a 2000 model year, and water heater is working but is at end of life and should be replaced at some point in the near future.
