I'm departing from this comfortable abode and two wonderful roommates because I'm moving out of the state. You'd be living with some amazing humans: one is a hilarious nursing student in her 20s; the other is an extroverted/lovable healthcare worker in his 20s (and they're seeking someone with a similar age demographic). They're both tidy, clean up after themselves promptly, and are respectful of each other's sleep schedules, etc. if this isn't you, that's fine (but you'll be happier somewhere else and they'll be happier with someone else). The location is close to anywhere you'd want to be in central Denver.
