Our fully stocked kitchen will have everything you need to stay in and cook a meal at the condo or just simply relax and enjoy Hors d'Oeuvres. Also included in the kitchen is a coffee maker with coffee provided for each guest to enjoy free of charge. We also have a laundry room with a brand-new full washer & dryer that guests can use at any time during their stay. Laundry soap is also provided for each guest. Last but not least in the comfortable living room we have a very comfortable couch that includes a pull-out queen bed along with chairs and bar stools. After climbing another flight of stairs, you will find both bedrooms and a full shared bathroom. Each bedroom includes a queen bed. In the main bedroom you will also find a desk a complimentary desk as well. Each bedroom also includes a full closet. The shared bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, & body wash for each guest to enjoy. We will also include linens, towels, toilet paper, and other misc. items to make each guest feel right at home. After walking up the spiral staircase you will have access to your own private rooftop with views of downtown Traverse City! This is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or a quick yoga session as well as a glass or wine in the evenings. Regardless of your use you will find this a great place to spend time.
