Application Process:
A $65 non-refundable application fee is required for each applicant over the age of 18.
All occupants 18 years and older must complete an application and consent to a credit and background check.
A combined verifiable monthly income of at least 2x the rent is required.
Financial Terms:
Security Deposit: Equal to one month's rent
First Month's Rent: Due in full upon lease signing.
Pet Fee: A $250 non-refundable fee per pet is due at lease signing for each approved pet.
Policies & Requirements:
Lease Term: 12 month lease, negotiable.
Smoking Policy: This is a non-smoking property. No smoking of any substance is permitted inside the home, garage, or storage barn.
Pet Policy: A maximum of two (2) pets are permitted, subject to landlord approval. A pet interview is required for all prospective pets prior to lease signing. All approved pets must be listed on the lease agreement.
Renters Insurance: All tenants are required to obtain and maintain a renters insurance policy for the duration of their tenancy. A minimum liability coverage of $100,000 is required. Proof of an active policy must be provided on or before the move-in date.
