Honestly sad to leave him. The rent is split between roommates so you'll only have to pay $620 each month not the full $1240. Looking for someone who is responsible with dependable income (no matter how you get your money-- parents, job, career, etc you just have to be able to pay your bills.)$620 a month pays for EVERYTHING except internet and electricity. Available March 1st.The apartment is in the Fan of Richmond only 3 blocks away from VCU, and walking distance from quite a few bars (nice so you don't have to pay for parking or a taxi to go out). It also has a market across the street, which over the years has really been helpful for pretty much anything you might need on the spot. The apartment also has a front spacious patio with a fan and a back porch.Everything included except electricity and internet.
