Pets are welcome with a fee of $100 per pet per stay, or per month for stays exceeding 28 days. Permits for professional video or photo shoots can be requested for a fee. Located in Temple Terrace, a leafy neighborhood known for its parks and golf course lifestyle, Clubview House puts you close to Busch Gardens (10 minutes), the University of South Florida (15 minutes), the Hard Rock Casino (15 minutes), Downtown Tampa & Riverwalk (25 minutes), and Clearwater & St. Pete Beaches (under 1 hour). Quick access to I-75 and I-4 makes it easy to explore Tampa Bay, from Ybor City nightlife to Gulf Coast beaches. The Temple Terrace Golf & Country Club is right at the end of the street. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM, and noise levels must stay below 80 decibels during all hours. Smoking violations or the presence of smoke smell may incur a $250 remediation fee minimum. Only guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Illegal drug use results in immediate eviction without a refund. Disabling or removing security devices or any technology results in a fee or removal from the home without refund. Late check-outs past 10 AM incur a $50 fee. Please maintain the home temperature between 68-80 degrees. Misuse, including setting the AC unit lower than 68 degrees leading to a technician call-out, may incur additional fees.
