    BRIX is a completely renovated three-story furniture store built in 1866. The original tin ceilings remain intact throughout the lofts and first-floor commercial space, along with exposed brick walls on the interior. Square footages vary between 1450sf and 1900sf. The Basin Street exit of I-180 (and both Starbucks Coffee and Panera Bread) is less than two blocks away, as is the city's best-known white-tablecloth restaurant, DiSalvo's, and the new John R.T. Ryan Brewery. This prime location allows for a short walk to some of the area's top restaurants, cafes, and bars. This spacious one-bedroom, one-bathroom, open floorplan unit is outfitted with beautiful hardwood and Italian tile floors.
