We asked the owner to share why this home is so special....''It has been a wonderful place for us to live and raise a family. We have absolutely loved our time at this house in this community. This home offers a peaceful, quiet, relaxing and calm setting. You have a chance to live in a natural and preserved area. There are emotional benefits to listening to the sounds of nature and seeing the beautiful sunset/sunrises over the water. It takes all of the stresses and worries of the world away. Our location on the Tennessee River is away from the congested areas of the popular waterways...room to be yourself and have some fun!!!! The water activities speak for themselves. We love to fish, waterski, kneeboard, go off rope swings and take rides on the boat. We also love to take the kayaks out and paddle around at our leisure. We love to have friends over and enjoy the downtime and relaxation of a day on the water. There is a private, direct boat ramp in the community. You will not have to share time, wait or worry about putting your boat in the water. It is efficient, safe and very easy access to the water. It is safe! Even without the gate our little secluded area provides a naturally safe area for families. Our kids have grown up roaming the land. They have the freedom to take walks, ride bikes and play uninhibited. The gate gives us assurance that we never need to worry about the whereabouts of our children and that is HUGE for us.This home is zoned for well-known Frazier Elementary School. This esteemed Blue Ribbon School provides a top notch education and is sought by many in the area as a place to send their children to school. Our house is meant to live in. We love to come in-out at our pleasure. We are all involved in many sports/activities and love our transition room that we have made our makeshift locker room. In this room there is a large space with lockers to take off your wet swimming suits or muddy boots. And most importantly, as in our family, a place to put all of your shoes, coats, chairs, toys and sport-outdoor equipment. This room is a life saver.Another benefit to this house is the HUGE garage. You can have multiple cars, several boats and all the things that go with life on the water and still have plenty of room for anything else you need to store. We LOVE this house and this community!!
