It has TONS of natural light with large south and west facing windows and high atop the hill with terrific views of the sunset over the mountains. We are a mix of young professionals and graduate students. We have 2 quiet and cool ground floor rooms (one room is a bedroom and the other room is a bonus room) with shared bath available for $1,100. The house and common areas are very nice, with a HUGE kitchen, great open space, a large living room and large separate dining room with heated floors.
