I am a Civil Engineer who graduated from KSU in 2024. I work all the way in Alpharetta so I am out of the house often. I am a huge nerd who loves anime, chess, and reading. When I am home I am either sleeping, cleaning, or just binge watching the newest show on TV. I also workout quite often at Crunch Fitness! I am extremely laid back and honestly looking for people who would enjoy and perpetuate the peaceful environment! This is a very quiet middle unit townhouse with a basement, porch, and patio! It is right off of Highway 92 and is a 13 minute/5.9 mile drive to KSU. We are all the way in the back of the community next to a perennial stream, so if you are into peaceful nature vibes this is the place for you! All utilities are included in rent!
