We are looking for an individual renter with no pets for the basement of a 3 bedroom log cabin house on W Main St. A lovely couple lives in the main level log cabin. This rental is for the basement, which has it's own entrance, mudroom, stairs, bedroom, and bathroom. This is a newly renovated space with brand new floors, walls, and entire bathroom. There is a medium size fridge provided. We can include a 7' x 10' storage unit (located right next to the house) for an additional $50. Water and electrical bills are a flat rate of $100 per month (paid to upstairs tenants). WiFi is available for $45 per month. This home is across the street from McPhelemy Park and a block away from the public library. No dogs or cats allowed. You will have one dedicated, off street parking spot. Visiting guests will have street parking. Available for rent beginning September 1. We are open to signing a 6-12 month lease, as long as tenant is in good standing with prior landlords.
