The original Zillow description had all the homes general information wrong with underestimates on the square footage, bedrooms, bathrooms and garage. I have updated all this information correctly and provided additional information regarding a customized concrete inground pool and backyard oasis. I am not in the market to sell this home, but Zillow’s estimates have been grossly inaccurate in the past. So, I would never use their estimate for a potential price model. The following are my comments (owner) regarding this home. The space over the garage is a floored walk-in attic (approx. 900 sq. ft.) for incredible storage and even more potential square footage to be converted to bedrooms. The master bedroom and two bedrooms are downstairs with the fourth bedroom, bath and family/recreation room upstairs, perfect for a teenager privacy suite.
