The open floor layout is optimal for hanging out or for entertaining. Impact glass on all windows, finished laundry room with sink, and use of one stall in the garage. Quartz countertops, farmhouse, granite kitchen sink, and stacked kitchen cabinets. Our home is fully stocked. Bedding, towels, etc. are all included. The kitchen is fully furnished with newer appliances, and all you will need including, but not limited to stainless steel fridge/freezer with ice-maker/water dispenser, dishwasher, coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, teapot, blender, all kitchen utensils, etc. You do need to supply your own paper goods, laundry and dish soaps, etc. Our home is fun.
