Seeking 10-12 month lease with option for renewal. All utilities are included in the base monthly rent of $2250 and are coordinated by the landlords. This includes: gas, electricity, water, lawn mowing service, and high-speed internet. Renters may elect to add-on telecom/TV/cable. Renters are responsible for trash/recycling, by self-transport to local convenience center facility or hiring private service to collect.
