The open staircase in the great room leads up to the 3 remaining bedrooms and 2nd full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a skylight, w/w carpet, and its own thermostat/electric heat. There is a linen closet in the hallway, as well as a 4 shelved closet in the bathroom. A/C units are placed in each room for the summer months. Ceiling fans are in each bedroom. There are 4 full-sized bed sets and one queen-sized bed (in the largest room), complete with matching dressers, nightstands, lamps, and desks with task lights & chairs. A full-length mirror is mounted to the door or wall in each bedroom. There is a sheet set with a high-quality mattress pad & comforter/summer blanket on each bed. A flat-screen TV with a remote is in each bedroom. There is a dining room table & chairs as well as a chair-height lunch counter. All windows are covered with mini blinds, curtains, or both, which makes it nicely private from day one. There is a vacuum, broom, and ironing board/iron. A flat-screen 50" TV is mounted on the wall in the living room. A grill is also provided as well as all trash pails. Just bring your clothes, pillow & food. It will be easy to move out as well!! The neighborhood is quiet with owner-occupied residents in the immediate area. Nice neighbors. The yard is small, but partly fenced and set back from the road. It has a private rear deck with a gas grill, table and chairs. The house is 5 miles from the Orange UNH campus, 10 miles/20 minutes from the University of New Haven (UNH), Southern Connecticut State University (SCSU), and Yale University. It is 15 miles from Quinnipiac, Sacred Heart, the University of Bridgeport, and Fairfield University. It is within walking distance (1/2 mile) from Griffin Hospital, as well as train, bus stop, stores, parks, etc. There is a tri-town river walk close by that is great for biking and safe walking.
