The west side of Brockton is the best part because it's very safe, well light, has be best schools, close to the highways ( five minutes to 24) and the Westgate Mall is waking distance. DSW Field Park is also a short distance away. The apt was built in 1986 (no lead paint used). This unit is great for Investors or first time buyers. This apartment was rented for $950 two years ago. We updated the bathroom and master bedroom. It has newer widows that open on the inside for easy cleaning. Washer and drier are in the building. Professional property management on site fixing issue and maintains the home's value. HOV fees ($310) cover master insurance, repairs (roof, boiler, carpet ect.) cleaning hall ways, (Hot/cold) water, heat (saved a lot this winter), security, landscaping, trash removal and snow removal.
