Fully furnished with mid-century and vintage furniture, all appliances, kitchen and dining ware. Retired teacher couple lives here half the year, for rent by owner. Carport, fenced yard, nice neighbors. Available until May 5, when we return to Woodstock. Whole house, excepting studio and shop, which are locked. House is furnished with all utilities, wifi, kitchen and dining ware (owners, a retired couple, live here half the year). Carport and garden shed included. Reasonable utilities included (we have a baseline). One good dog allowed (we can discuss pets and pet deposit). No smoking, no drugs, no loud parties--our neighbors are our friends. The road is plowed in snow, hand plow available for minimal slow-plowing (carport is close to house and close to road). Trash goes to Saugherties Transfer Station.
