Located in very quiet area. Third floor placement offers a pretty night-time view of downtown campus, and the campus is only a twenty-minute walk away. Landlord is terrific, and any problem is quickly resolved. Officially comes unfurnished, but I have several pieces of furniture I will not be taking with me, and I can leave any or all of it that you wish to keep. All utilities paid, including gas heating, except for electricity and garbage. $450 deposit and first month's rent required. Will be available for move in early-to-mid October.
