You are incredibly friendly and approachable, and had a very firm but fair and equitable approach to everything. And Garland and Miles were probably the most responsive and approachable maintenance staff that one could ever expect when renting an apartment .Garland was there quickly and helped us with what we needed with a smile. Had we not purchased our home, we likely would have stayed for years. For anyone looking to rent an apartment in Lancaster city, there is no place I can recommend more. Please note that most properties require that applicants' combined gross income is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent amount. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
