The room is brand new and fully furnished. It has a new queen bed, mattress, desk, chair, rug, TV, side table, lamp and its own AC unit to control heating and cooling. There is also a washer and dryer available in the unit for free usage. There is a large closet and many storage options. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans and utensils. The price includes all wifi and all utilities, and we clean the common areas every 2 weeks. Its a safe, quiet house with plenty of free street parking and close by to many shops, supermarkets and pharmacies. All utilities, internet and cleaning of the common areas are included. You only pay the rent. Also there are no broker fees as your renting directly from the owner
