All stainless steel appliances are new incl washer, dryer, refrigerator, microwave oven with convection option. Kitchen, dining area & living room can be used by all. Monthly once the enttire house will be cleaned professionally & it's included in the rent. Have a huge backyard with deck. Its a calm neighborhood. 1 yr lease is 925$ per month. 6 months lease is 950$ per month. Deposit is 1000$. Deposit is refundable (as far as there is no damage done to property, no charges for any regular wear & tear). Utilities (Pg&e, Water, Internet, Garbage & Sewage) - split between 3 roommates - not included in rent. Need to get your own renters insurance. No smoking inside house. No pets allowed.
