Our community amenities include 24-hour emergency maintenance, cardio and strength training fitness centers, outdoor pool, 2 tennis courts, a sand volleyball court, and a beautiful clubhouse that features a pool table, flat screen television, racquet ball court, saunas, 24-hour indoor hot tub, internet access and much more. These amenities are available for our residents use free of charge. We also welcome cats and small dogs. There is a $20 per month pet rent per pet and a one-time pet fee/deposit of $400, of which $250 is refundable at move out.
