I love everything about this spacious home. Excellent, tranquil location, it sits on two spacious lots with a wonderful view of the unique and stylistic Catholic Church and its heart-shaped pond directly across the street. This is the house I grew up in, and my family lived here for 50 years. It's a big house, but does very well on utilities as it is well-insulated. The yard is very large and the soil is excellent for gardening. And I can guarantee you that I wouldn't sell this home if I didn't need the money.
