We are very close to I- 270 exit 13 A or 15 A, only one mile to our house. 3 big shopping center all walking distance, only 6-8 minutes, like to McDonough, 7-Eleven, Banks, gas stations, Applebee restaurant, Walmart, Target, T.J. Maxx, ALDI, kohl's, Wegmans, and lots of restaurants just crossed our house. And outlets mall is only 4 miles from our house. We have a Large basement room with two windows, a very comfortable queen size bed and fully furnished. Please see the pictures, It includes access to 1.5 bathrooms, a kitchen and living room. The laundry room in upstairs. We want to rent for one person. $1400. each month. Security deposit is one month's rent. All Utilities are included, (water, electricity, gas, wi-Fi, Internet).
