Private entrance, Included is 2 rooms and a bathroom, Free wifi, free water, free electricity. HOA Lake access key with boat launch. No kitchen, but has a microwave, and there is a gas bbq in the back. No fridge, there is a freezer available, but you can bring one also. No clothes washing machine but there is a hook up in the shet for one if you want. One parking spot in driveway. I can make room for a boat parking spot if you need on for the HOA boat access to Lake Norman. Looking for a quiet professional to rent half of the house. This part of the house is separated by a locking door in the middle. A cat would be ok. no smokers, no drugs, no marajuana, no parties, no loud music. Flat rate rent. Utilities paid.
