- Except named Tenant(s), no other people are allowed to live in the house.
- No loud music or other activity that may disturb the neighbors.
- Regarding a space-heater or other device to supplement the normal heating system, the only approved devices are electric-powered. Furthermore, any unit used MUST have the following TWO options: automatic shut-off if knocked over and automatic shut-off in case of extended period of use. These are common options, and they are there for your safety! Kerosene or other gas units are dangerous and therefore NOT ALLOWED. Tenant will be held liable if at fault for causing fire!
- Landlord or manager may after reasonable prior notice come any day for inspection, repair work, or general maintenance.
