No smoking allowed on premises. The first month's rent is due at signing, along with a refundable security deposit of 1/2 month's rent. Monthly utility fee covers all utilities, including internet. Proof of renters insurance required. Prefer no pets, but can be considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional deposit and monthly pet rent.
Screening Criteria Overview: Total verifiable household gross income should be more than 2x the monthly rent. Must have a minimum of one-year verifiable rental history. All adult occupants will need to be screened separately, and to pay for screening via Zillow.
